It struck me yesterday that a number of people I admire are working in the world's second-largest and second most-populous continent, Africa:

• My father-in-law Frank is working across a few countries, facilitating retreats with adults & students
• jen lemen is in the midst of a story that is truly inspiring - I can not wait to see her videos
• the 2nd annal Amahoro gathering is taking place in South Africa - a number of folks are blogging about it - I am particularly hungry to hear more from Brian & Claude about Pre-emptive Reconciliation

So many people that are heroic for me are passionate for this extraordinary continent - I hope one day to have the chance to spend time there.
